The GetSystemAreaGuid method of the AreaManager class gets a GUID for a system area.

Parameters

ctx   The portal context of the area.

type   The type of area.

Return Value

System.Guid The unique identifier for a system area.

Remarks

The caller must have PortalRight.ViewArea and PortalRight.ViewPages permissions to perform this operation.
