The AlertViewDescription property of the AlertType class gets description text for actions for this alert type that are displayed in the user interface (UI).

Property Value

A string that contains description text for actions for this alert type that are displayed in the UI.

Remarks

The AlertViewDescription property is read-only. The value from this property is displayed at the top of the single alert view on the "My Alerts" page.
