The NoisyAlertException constructor initializes a new instance of the NoisyAlertException class with a specified error message.

message Error message that explains the reason for the exception, or an empty string.

Remarks

At creation, an alert is checked to see if it contains only noise words. In the case of alerts on search queries, the query is validated and the users must correct the query in order to successfully create the alert.
