The Microsoft® Exchange Best Practices Analyzer Tool reads the following registry entry to determine whether the start delay for online defragmentation has been changed from its default setting:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<ServerName>\Public-<PublicFolderStoreGUID>\OLD Completion Time

If the Analyzer tool finds that the OLD Completion Time key is present, a non-default configuration message is displayed. The OLD Completion Time key specifies the period of time in seconds that online defragmentation runs after the information store maintenance window. The default value is 1 hour (3,600 seconds).
