The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool queries the Win32_SCSIController Microsoft Windows® Management Instrumentation (WMI) class to determine whether a value is set for the DriverName key. The Exchange Server Analyzer Tool determines whether the following conditions exist:
The Emulex SCSIport Miniport driver is installed on the Exchange server.
The current version of the Emulex SCSIport Miniport driver is installed on the Exchange server.
The Emulex SCSIport Miniport driver was updated in the last two years.
If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds that the value for the DriverName key has not been updated in more than two years, the Exchange Server Analyzer displays a warning.
The SCSIport Miniport driver provides SCSI functionality over Fibre Channel arbitrated loop (FC-AL) topologies, point-to-point topologies, and fabric topologies.
