Tuning settings Settings
Data Directory and Reset to Default
Select Data Directory to change the Relay server Data directory.
Select Reset to Default to restore the Relay server Data directory to the default installation directory.
To ensure optimal Relay server performance, locate the Data directory on a separate physical disk from the operating system.
For more information about changing the Relay server Data directory, see Managing Groove Server Relay databases.
Default: Relay server installation directory
Enable Delayed Log Writes
Select Enable Delayed Log Writes to accelerate Relay server processing by allowing database updates to complete without requiring that changes be immediately written to disk.
Delaying log writes is not recommended because it risks data loss if the Relay server fails. Consult your Microsoft Support representative for more information.
Maximum SSTP Message Size
Edit the Maximum SSTP Message Size field to specify the maximum message size that the Relay server will accept from SharePoint Workspace.
Changing the maximum SSTP message size from the default value is not recommended. Consult your Microsoft Support representative for more information.
