Remarks
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is 2, the same as the default in Project Professional.
0 = No digits after the decimal ($0)
1 = One digit after the decimal ($0.0)
2 = Two digits after the decimal ($0.00)
