The process of moving from Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is complete, as far as the data set goes, after you have finished upgrade. However, Office SharePoint Server 2007 has many more capabilities than Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003, and many things work differently than they previously worked.
