Programs for mobile devices in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 are commands distributed with a Configuration Manager 2007 package that tell a mobile device client what should occur when the package is received. Programs for mobile devices are much the same as programs for computer clients. For more information, see About Programs.
To create a program for mobile devices, complete the following steps:
To create a program for mobile devices
In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System CenterConfiguration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Software Distribution / Package Name.
In the results pane, right-click the Programs, select New, and then click Program For Device. The New Program For Device Wizard opens.
