Process failed to start in non-interactive mode because user is not registered as Batch-User
A process is running on a Solobot, and it fails with the two error messages logged as below:
- "Process failed to start in non-interactive mode because of the User is not registered as a Batch-User"
Immediately followed by:
- ARMRJ03 internal error while attempting to start process 'ProcessName'. Process did not start.
These errors are usually caused by invalid user credentials specified as login credentials to a specific process.
To resolve this, navigate from the Control Desk to the Processes tab, locate the specific process and right-click Edit Process Properties > Credentials and uncheck the Override Credentials option.
Alternatively, make sure that the credentials specified are correct.
