Save your work

Microsoft Expression Design saves documents in its native .design file format. You can also export your artwork in a variety of other formats, such as XAML or JPEG. However, these file formats all differ in the types of details that they preserve. Therefore, we recommend that you save at least one master copy of your work as a .design file so that you can make changes when they are necessary.
