Print to PDF

You can print Microsoft Expression Media catalogs to PDF format by using the built-in printing functionality of the Macintosh. Instead of actually printing a document, you use the Print dialog box to export your catalog to a PDF. Before printing to PDF, prepare your document for printing.

To print to PDF

  1. Prepare a document for printing, and then click the Print button.

  2. In the system Print dialog box, click Save As PDF. Type a name for the document, and then select where you want to save the PDF.
