Set Flash SWF properties
You can edit properties that are unique to Flash SWF (Shockwave Flash) files (*.swf file extension) and some common HTML properties in the Movie in Flash Format Properties dialog box. The Appearance tab provides settings to control the size, layout, and quality of the Flash SWF file. The General tab provides settings that control the playback of the Flash SWF file and set the path to the SWF file.

You need to have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer to play Flash content in Microsoft Expression Web Design view and to edit properties that are unique to SWF files.
To edit the properties of a Flash SWF file
Open the page that contains your Flash SWF file.
Do one of the following:
In Design view, double-click the Flash SWF file.
In Design view, right-click the Flash SWF file, and click Flash SWF Properties.
In your page, select your Flash SWF file. On the Format menu, click Properties.
In your page, select your Flash SWF file. In the quick tag selector bar, at the top of the page, double-click the selected <object> tag.
In the Flash SWF Properties dialog box, on the Appearance tab, do the following:

Quality
Set the level of anti-aliasing in the movie. Lower settings have a lower quality appearance but are faster to download and play than higher settings.
Auto Low gives a higher priority to playback speed over the quality of the appearance but attempts to improve appearance when possible; playback starts without anti-aliasing and turns it on if the processor will support it.
Auto High gives equal priority to playback speed and quality of appearance but reduces the quality of appearance if necessary to improve the speed; playback starts with anti-aliasing but turns off anti-aliasing if necessary to improve the playback speed.
Scale
Set how the movie is displayed relative to the area specified by the Height and Width values.
Default (Show All) displays the entire movie within the specified dimensions and maintains the movie's original proportions; borders and scrollbars may appear.
No Border resizes the movie to fill the specified dimensions and maintains the proportions of the original movie; the movie may appear cropped.
Exact Fit resizes the movie to fit the movie dimensions regardless of the movie's original proportions; the movie may appear distorted.
Background color
Set the color that appears when the movie isn't playing and the color that appears in the background of the movie.
Alignment
Set the align parameter of the object tag, which determines the alignment of the movie relative to the movie area.
Specify size
Set CSS width and height attributes.
Width and Height
Set the dimensions of the movie area.
Keep aspect ratio
Maintain the movie's proportions as you change the Width or Height values in the dialog box.
In the Flash SWF Properties dialog box, on the General tab, do the following:

If you also set Base URL, Source URL is relative to Base URL.Base URL

Set the root URL of the SWF file. Source URL is relative to Base URL when you set both.
Auto play
Set the movie to automatically play when the browser loads the page.
Loop
Set the movie to automatically start again when the movie ends.
Show menu
Set the movie's context menu to show all available playback options. If you clear Show menu, only About and Settings options appear in the movie's context menu in the web browser.
SWLiveconnect
Set the browser to start Java when loading the Flash player.
CODEBASE
Set the URL to the version of the Adobe Flash player control that is required to view the Flash SWF file.
