Locate unused files
You can generate a report that lists all files in your site and shows the number of hyperlinks to and from each file. Using the results of an Unlinked Files site report, you can quickly identify files that no other file links to and make an informed decision about each file, such as whether to remove an unused file from your site or add a hyperlink to it.
Tip
You can also generate a hyperlinks report that can list all hyperlinks in a site and verify the status of each hyperlink. For more information, see Hyperlinks panel.
To generate a report of unlinked files
- From the Site View, click Reports at the bottom of the Site View panel.
