WEB1016 - The hyperlink ends in an ampersand

A hyperlink should not end in an ampersand character (&) for a page that doesn't have a query string parameter.

Explanation

If one hyperlink ends in an ampersand character (&), even if it is otherwise identical to other hyperlinks that point to the same page, it will be analyzed by the search engine as pointing to a different page.
