Import and Export Settings Wizard

Use this wizard to export settings, import settings, or overwrite your settings by using a pre-defined settings collection.

Option	Description
Export selected environment settings	Saves a subset of your existing settings, or all of them, so that you can use them on another computer.
Import selected environment settings	Applies the settings in a file that you have received. Overrides existing settings by using those in the imported file.
Reset all settings	Lets you revert your settings back to one of the pre-defined settings that are included in the product.

You can access this wizard by clicking Import and Export Settings on the Tools menu.

• Complete, Import and Export Settings Wizard
  This page of the wizard displays information about whether the settings task completed successfully, and also any errors that were encountered.
