TeamFoundationBaseRegistryService.GetValue Method (TeamFoundationRequestContext, String, Boolean, String)

GetValue will return the value for the specified path as a string.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

• path
  Type: System.String

  Location in the registry to read the setting from.

• fallThru
  Type: System.Boolean

  If the value is not found and a fall through hive is available read it from there.

• defaultValue
  Type: System.String

  If the registry value does not exist the default value is returned.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The registry value for the specified location
