WSTrustChannel.Issue Method (RequestSecurityToken)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Sends a WS-Trust Issue message to an endpoint STS using the specified RequestSecurityToken object.
