AggregateTokenResolver Class

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. This class defines a TokenResolver that can wrap multiple Token Resolvers and resolve tokens across all the wrapped token resolvers.
