Gets the wreq string from a referenced URL.

Remarks

Override this method to get the wreq string from a reference URL. The default implementation throws a NotSupportedException.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
