S4UClient.CertificateLogon Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Creates an impersonate-capable WindowsIdentity from an X.509 Certificate which maps to a Windows user using the Windows Token Service.
