SymmetricProofDescriptor Constructor (Int32, EncryptingCredentials)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Use this constructor if you want the STS to autogenerate the key using a random number generator and send it in the proof token as a binary secret.
