Provides data for the event that is raised when there is an exception that is not handled in any application domain.

Important Note:

Windows Phone-based applications cannot use the AppDomain..::.UnhandledException event.

UnhandledExceptionEventArgs provides access to the exception object and to a flag that indicates whether the common language runtime is terminating. The UnhandledExceptionEventArgs is one of the parameters passed into UnhandledExceptionEventHandler for the AppDomain..::.UnhandledException event.
