  • horizontalPercent
    Type: System..::.Double
    The horizontal position as a percentage of the content area's total range.
  • verticalPercent
    Type: System..::.Double
    The vertical position as a percentage of the content area's total range.

Exception Condition
ElementNotEnabledException

Owner control not enabled.

InvalidOperationException

Current scrollable state of a particular scroll axis does not support a scroll action.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Specified an input parameter that was less than 0 or greater than 100.
