Gets a value that indicates whether an add transaction is in progress.

Property Value
Type: System..::.Boolean
true if an add transaction is in progress; otherwise, false.
Remarks
You begin an add transaction by calling AddNew and end the add transaction by calling CommitNew or CancelNew.
