FpcDelegatedAdminType enumeration

The FpcDelegatedAdminType enumerated type contains values that indicate whether a delegated administrator or group of delegated administrators is identified by the security identifier (SID) or name of the user or group of users.

Constants

  • fpcDelegatedAdminSidValid
    The security identifier (SID) of the user or group of users is used to identify the delegated administrator or group of delegated administrators.

  • fpcDelegatedAdminNameValid
    The account name of the user or group of users is used to identify the delegated administrator or group of delegated administrators.

Remarks

Active Directory accounts are identified by SID and can be used for accessing a Configuration Storage server and for monitoring. Local accounts created on a Forefront TMG computer are identified by name and can be used only for monitoring. For local accounts, mirrored accounts must also be created on each array member for intra-array communication.
