The SetXAAccess method sets a Boolean value to determine whether the object can participate in XA network transactions. Do not set this parameter to TRUE unless you have determined that the current configuration allows XA network transactions.

[in] TRUE if a XA resource manager is accessible; otherwise FALSE.

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
