IFeed::PubDate Property

Retrieves the publication date and time of the feed.

Syntax

HRESULT IFeed::get_PubDate(DATE *lastPopulateDate);

Parameters

  • lastPopulateDate
    Pointer to a variable of type DATE that receives the date and time of publication.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

Publication date is an optional feed element. The value is 0 if not specified in the source. A value of 0 is representative of the date "Sat Dec 30 00:00:00 PST 1899".

Note  The date is adjusted for the local time zone.
