RPC Local Support

The RPC Local Support component facilitates local remote procedure calls (RPCs) using the ncalrpc and ncacn_np protocol sequences, and provides support for dynamic endpoint resolution.

RPCs using the ncalrp protocol can enhance security for remote procedure calls without the need for additional RPC components.

Additional RPC components must be included to make remote calls using the ncacn_np protocol. RPCs that use an additional security provider, such as Kerberos or NTLM, require additional RPC components.
