Microsoft Japanese IME Spoken Language/Emoticon Dictionary
The Microsoft Japanese IME Spoken Language/Emoticon Dictionary component provides an Input Method Editor (IME) dictionary component that is used by the Microsoft Japanese IME Core component to improve the accuracy of the kana-to-kanji conversion of colloquial expressions. This component also allows users to input facial expressions such as "kao," "nikoniko," and "shikushiku."

Settings
This dictionary is disabled by default. To use this dictionary, the user must enable it. To enable the dictionary, the user must open the dictionary tab on the property dialog of the IME or refer to the Help topic of the dictionary tab on the runtime system.
