Review the settings, dependencies and any notes for the SMBServer section of the Embedded Core module in the Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) module catalog.
This setting provides the integration and the authentication for client devices running Windows Embedded Standard to access network printers and file systems that run on UNIX servers. Devices running Windows Embedded Standard must have a clear text registry update and an SMBServer mapping to use SMBServer.
