This command creates a directory.
MKDIR path MD path
Specifies the name for the directory that you want to create.
MKDIR creates any intermediate directories in the path that do not exist already. For example, if the \b directory does not exist, then
mkdir \b\b\c\d is the same as:
mkdir \b chdir \b mkdir b chdir b mkdir c chdir c mkdir d
