Description

The Winlogon subkey stores configuration data for the Winlogon component of Windows 2000. Winlogon authenticates an interactive user and enables the user to log on. Winlogon supports desktops, the Ctrl+Alt+Del secure attention sequence, screen saver control, network provider support, authentication, and password updates.
