Description
Used to calculate the maximum number of message processing threads the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service can create. The DHCP service creates no more threads than the value of this entry, plus one thread for each processor on the server computer. Although you can set the value of this entry higher than 20, DHCP creates no more than 20 threads.
This value must be greater than or equal to the value of the MaxActiveThreads entry.
Note
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
