Modify or Remove a TS Gateway-Managed Computer Group

You can use TS Gateway Manager to modify or remove a TS Gateway-managed computer group.

If you associate a TS Gateway-managed computer group with multiple Terminal Services resource authorization policies (TS RAPs) and you modify or delete the TS Gateway-managed computer group, all TS RAPs that are associated with the group will be affected.

Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, on the TS Gateway server that you plan to configure, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. To modify or remove a TS Gateway-managed computer group

  1. Open TS Gateway Manager.

  2. In the console tree, click to select the node that represents the local TS Gateway server, which is named for the computer on which the TS Gateway server is running.

  3. In the console tree, expand Policies, and then click Resource Authorization Policies.

  4. Right-click the Resource Authorization Policies folder, and then click Manage TS Gateway-Managed Computer Groups.

  5. In the Manage TS Gateway-Managed Computer Groups dialog box, do one of the following:

    • To modify a TS Gateway-managed computer group, in the list of groups, click the group that you want to modify, click Properties, and then modify the settings as needed.

    • To delete a TS Gateway-managed computer group, click the group that you want to delete, and then click Remove.

    • To specify a new TS Gateway-managed computer group, click Create Group, and then follow the steps in Specify Computers That Users Can Connect to Through TS Gateway.

  6. Click OK.
