Install and configure modems.
Enable and configure the Routing and Remote Access service.	Install and Enable the Routing and Remote Access Service
Configure dial-in properties and network policies for dial-in permission, authentication, and encryption settings.	See "Network Policies" in Network Policy Server Help.
(Optional) Configure the server running Routing and Remote Access as a RADIUS client to a Network Policy Server (NPS) for centralized network policy management.	See "RADIUS Clients" in Network Policy Server Help.
