Resolve

Check virtual machine registration

Changes to registration of the virtual machine resource are not allowed when the virtual machine is running. Turn off the virtual machine, manually unregister the virtual machine and delete the corresponding configuration files.

Verify

All the clustered resources are in a healthy state and failover operations are completing successfully.
