Routes Dialog Box

Applies To: Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista

Use the Routes dialog box to view the routes (sets of links) that the analyzer found that led most frequently to the current page. The Routes dialog box reports the number of unique routes found and shows the 5 most common routes in 5 separate panes. In each pane, the starting link is listed at the bottom and the current link at the top (the path to the current page follows the direction of the blue upward arrows). Double-clicking a URL in one of the panes opens the Details dialog box for the URL.

Columns

Element Name Description

URL

Displays a URL that forms part of the route.

URL Status Code

Displays the status code of the URL when it was analyzed (for example, OK or Found).

URL Title

Displays the contents the <title> tag of the URL.

Link Text

Displays the text that was used to link to the current page.
