Prompt for credentials

This setting determines whether the user will be prompted to enter credentials when connecting to the remote computer by using Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) if the credentials to connect to the remote computer have been previously saved.

This setting corresponds to the Always ask for credentials check box on the General tab under Options in RDC.

Syntax

prompt for credentials:i:<value>

Do not ask for credentials.

Ask for credentials.

The default value is 0.
