Issue
The Workstation service is not set to start automatically.
Impact
Unless an administrator manually starts the Workstation service each time the computer restarts, the computer will not be able to access shared folders and other Server Message Block (SMB)-based network services.
Resolution
Set the Workstation service to start automatically.
