Returns the global method that matches the specified name and parameter types.

Parameters

  • types
    Type: array<System.Type[]
    The parameter types to search for.

Return Value

Type: System.Reflection.MethodInfo
The global method that matches the specified criteria, or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the method does not exist.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), types is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), or an element of types is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
AmbiguousMatchException

More than one global method matches the specified criteria.
