Gets a value that determines whether the VirtualizingStackPanel is virtualizing its content.

o is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

This method supports the VirtualizingStackPanel.IsVirtualizing attached property.

The VirtualizingStackPanel.IsVirtualizing attached property is not settable in Silverlight. Instead, virtualizing behavior is set based on whether the container is scroll-enabled, and the size of the data set.
