TreeView.IsItemItsOwnContainerOverride Method

Determines whether the specified item is a TreeViewItem, which is the default container for items in the TreeView control.

true if the item is a TreeViewItem; otherwise, false,

Remarks

If you create a custom item container, which you return from the GetContainerForItemOverride method, you should also override this method and return whether item is the custom item container type.
