Express Route Circuit Connection State. Possible values are: 'Connected' and 'Disconnected'. Possible values include: "Connected", "Connecting", "Disconnected".

Provisioning state of the circuit connection resource. Possible values are: 'Succeeded', 'Updating', 'Deleting', and 'Failed'.
