Perform a database extension operation, like polybase import.

begin_create_or_update(resource_group_name: str, server_name: str, database_name: str, extension_name: str, parameters: _models.DatabaseExtensions, **kwargs: Any) -> LROPoller[_models.ImportExportExtensionsOperationResult]
