WebBasicAuthentication Class

A WebLinkedService that uses basic authentication to communicate with an HTTP endpoint.

All required parameters must be populated in order to send to Azure.

WebBasicAuthentication(*, url: object, username: object, password: azure.synapse.artifacts.models._models_py3.SecretBase, **kwargs)

Parameters

url
object
Required

Required. The URL of the web service endpoint, e.g. http://www.microsoft.com . Type: string (or Expression with resultType string).

authentication_type
str or WebAuthenticationType
Required

Required. Type of authentication used to connect to the web table source.Constant filled by server. Possible values include: "Basic", "Anonymous", "ClientCertificate".

username
object
Required

Required. User name for Basic authentication. Type: string (or Expression with resultType string).

password
SecretBase
Required

Required. The password for Basic authentication.
