Delete Database
The Delete Database operation deletes an existing database in the database account.

The {databaseaccount} is the name of the Azure Cosmos DB account created under your subscription. The {db-id} value is the user generated name/ID of the database, not the system generated ID (rid). |

Remarks
Performing a DELETE on a database deletes the database resource and its child resources, that is, collections, documents, attachments, stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions, users, and permissions within the database.
