Overview of On-Demand Assessments
This overview will help you get familiar with all you need to do to get started with On-Demand Assessments.
- Sign in to the Services Hub and click on the Assessments tab.
- Link Services Hub to Azure Log Analytics.
- Check Azure Roles for Log Analytics and How they Relate to the Services Hub to know who can able to perform what operations.
If you don’t have an Azure subscription, sign up for one. If you haven’t created an Azure Log Analytics workspace, first read How to create new Azure Log Analytics Workspace from Azure, then create one here. Next, read Getting Started with Assessments to learn more about how assessments work and how to set them up.
Once you have linked your Services Hub to your Azure Log Analytics workspace, clicking on the assessments tab will navigate you to the Azure Log Analytics workspace where you can now configure and view your Assessments.
Adding Users to Azure Log Analytics
Once you have successfully linked your Azure subscription to your Azure Log Analytics workspace you can now add users, as needed. These articles will guide you through that process:
To configure an assessment, click on the Microsoft Unified Support Solution pack and select an Assessment you want to run, then follow the steps outlined on the assessment configuration page and supporting documents.
You can review the Assessments results on your dashboard. Clicking on the results will provide more in-depth data.
