Learning Paths and Mentoring

Learning Paths are a new feature introduced in the Learning Campus that provide a structured way to view a prescribed series of courses, videos, and labs so that you learn a new target skill.

To access Learning Paths:

  1. From the Learn drop down menu in Services Hub, click Learning Campus.
  2. From the landing page, click Learning Paths.

The activities and courses include videos and hands-on learning activities. Users can choose from Learning Paths such as “Azure IaaS Overview” or “SharePoint site Administration” and can see at a glance how many courses each learning path contains. Learning paths provide the ability for you and others to track your progress.

Asynchronous Mentoring

Learning from experts and interacting with peers is a powerful way for users to learn difficult concepts, and enhance their learning experience. The Asynchronous (Async) mentoring feature includes a discussion board where students can post queries and get answers and coaching from experts. In addition, students can see questions posted by others. This element of social collaboration is a great way of learning from each other’s experience. To access the discussion:

  1. From the Learn drop down menu in Services Hub, click Learning Campus.
  2. From the landing page, click Learning Paths.
  3. Select a learning path, and then click View Path. Note: Discussions are not available for Dynamic 365 Learning Paths.
  4. Click any of the courses in the learning path.
  5. In the course details, click the Discussion tab.
  6. To post a question, click Add a Post.
