Invitations to the Services Hub

Services Hub automatically sends email invitations to the individuals in your organization designated as Services Admins and Support Contacts when your Unified Support agreement is activated, and also sends invitations to your Microsoft representatives at this time. Invitations to Services Hub contain a unique registration link. After registering, the Services Admin will be able to invite other users in your organization to the Services Hub. They will also be able to assign permissions to other users to access specific features in the Services Hub.

Understanding the accounts that Services Hub recognizes

Services Hub is a benefit that is offered to Microsoft customers with a Unified or Premier support agreement. You can sign into the Services Hub using either your Work or School email address. "Work or School" accounts are managed by your organization centrally and are usually based on either an Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant or an Office 365 tenant. You should use your work or school account credentials to sign into the Services Hub. Changing the Language in Services Hub

To change the language of Services Hub page content, scroll to the bottom of any page, click the globe icon, then choose from the available languages.

Services Hub User Roles and Permissions

There are specific user roles within the Services Hub: Services Admin, Support Contact, and General User. Your Services Admin will designate user permissions as part of your organization’s onboarding process. To learn about these roles and permissions, review the Quick Start Guides on the Getting Started tab of this site ( Depending upon your organization’s needs, your Services Admin may grant additional roles such as Global Admin and Workspace Admin and set specific permissions for General Users.
